How licensing works for Ivorian cultural artifacts. For full legal terms, see the License Agreement.
Temporary: Fixed 1-year term. One-time payment. License expires after 1 year—you must cease use and remove fonts from all systems.
Ongoing: Continuous access with annual renewal. Cancel anytime; access remains valid until end of current billing period.
Perpetual: Permanent access. One-time payment, no renewals required. If your company grows beyond licensed tier, upgrade required.
License terminates automatically. You must cease all use and remove font files from all systems. To continue using the typefaces, acquire a new license (Temporary, Ongoing, or Perpetual).
Yes, anytime through your account. Access remains valid until end of current billing period. After that, you must cease use and remove fonts. Renewal reminders sent 30 days and 7 days before renewal date.
All three license types include identical usage rights: print materials, websites, apps, ebooks, servers, social media, videos, logos, PDFs—all media. Install on all company devices. Upload to Figma or Canva for internal team use only.
Cannot upload to platforms where unlicensed users could access them: Canva public libraries, design template marketplaces, print-on-demand services, user-facing design tools.

The client owns the license, not you. You're responsible for ensuring they acquire proper license and understand usage restrictions—particularly platform prohibitions. If you acquire the license on their behalf, you remain liable for communicating all restrictions to the client.
